Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform security guard duties
  • Perform fire watch officer duties
  • Supervise and train officers
  • Document officer supervision with photos and written reports
  • Understanding post orders for majority of sites
  • Cover open shifts
  • Respond to emergency staffing requests
  • Work directly with management to identify staffing needs
  • Supply officers with company owned security equipment

Scheduling Expectations

  • Scheduled supervisor shifts with various locations
  • Filling open guard shifts
  • Respond quickly to emergency assignments
  • Must be will to work nights, overnights, weekends and holidays

Raises and Promotions

  • Performance review after initial 6 months of employment to determine raise and company car
  • Promotion to Operations Manager when ready and able for the position
