Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for the automotive industry? Infiniti/Nissan of Valencia, a top-performing dealership in the Los Angeles area, is seeking an experienced Used Car Manager to lead and grow our pre-owned vehicle department.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the used car department
  • Manage inventory acquisition, reconditioning, pricing, and merchandising
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Appraise trade-ins and acquire inventory through auctions and wholesale channels
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Monitor market trends and adjust pricing/inventory accordingly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the dealership's high standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or in a similar leadership role within a dealership
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle values, reconditioning processes, and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
