Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the used car department, including inventory acquisition, pricing, and sales.
- Lead and develop the used car sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Work closely with finance, service, and new car departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate vehicle reconditioning and ensure all used inventory meets company standards.
- Negotiate vehicle trades and purchases to maintain optimal inventory levels.
