Used Car Sales Manager

Jerry Seiner Dealerships | Full-Time | On-Site Pay: $ 90,000 - $180,000+ (Performance-Based)

This Role Isn't for Everyone

We're looking for a proven Used Car Manager who knows how to drive inventory turn, maximize gross, and lead a high-performing team.

If you can create urgency, accountability, and consistent results, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Own the used car operation-inventory, pricing, and performance
  • Drive inventory turn and profitability
  • Manage reconditioning speed and cost
  • Oversee online merchandising and marketing
  • Desk deals, close customers, and coach your team
  • Recruit, train, and develop top-producing sales consultants
  • Track and manage KPIs (units, gross, turn, closing ratio)

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years Used Car Management experience
  • Strong track record of turn + gross performance
  • Hands-on leader who can desk and close deals
  • Experience with inventory acquisition & pricing tools
  • Ability to drive urgency and hold a team accountable
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
