Are you friendly, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a Car Rental Agent to join our team at St. George Regional Airport. In this role, you'll help travelers get on the road by delivering outstanding service from reservation to vehicle return.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Assist customers with rental reservations, vehicle selection, and rental agreements.
  • Verify driver's licenses, insurance information, and rental qualifications.
  • Explain rental terms, optional products, and company policies.
  • Process payments, contracts, and vehicle returns accurately.
  • Coordinate vehicle availability with the operations team.
  • Answer customer questions by phone and in person.
  • Maintain accurate records using computer systems.
  • Help ensure vehicles are clean, detailed, and ready and available for customers.
  • Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
