Car Wash Attendant / Sales Associate

Figueroa Express Car Wash – Los Angeles, CA 90003

Pay: $17.00–$18.50 per hour + uncapped membership commissions

Figueroa Express Car Wash is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our growing operation. If you have previous car wash experience, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you.

This is more than just a car wash job—we're looking for team members who want to grow with us. As we continue expanding, there will be opportunities to advance into leadership positions.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Safely guide vehicles onto the wash conveyor
  • Operate and monitor wash equipment for quality and safety
  • Keep the wash tunnel, vacuum area, and property clean and organized
  • Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Educate customers about our Unlimited Wash Club memberships
  • Earn commissions by helping customers choose the membership that best fits their needs
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Previous car wash experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred:

  • Experience selling memberships or other retail/customer service sales
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
