We're looking for a Gear Assembler (Machinist I) to join our Shocks Department, with a focus on building Third Members and gears. This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their technical skills in a hands-on environment.

Job overview
In this entry-level role, you'll be focused on the assembly and machining of Third Members and gear components. The Gear Assembler is responsible for assembling gear sets and related components according to established work instructions, specifications, and quality standards. This role focuses on performing repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety expectations.

  • Assemble gears and related components according to work instructions and established specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment to complete assigned work.

  • Accurately complete production and assembly documentation as required.

Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

What you'll need to succeed in this position:

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
