Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our high-performing body shop team. This role is responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, writing accurate repair estimates, and guiding customers through the repair process while delivering a premium service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect damaged vehicles and write accurate repair estimates

  • Work with insurance companies to secure approvals and supplements

  • Communicate repair timelines and updates with customers

  • Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repairs

  • Maintain proper documentation and follow repair procedures

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of collision estimating experience preferred.

  • Experience with estimating systems.

  • Strong knowledge of collision repair and insurance processes.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • I-CAR certification a plus.

  • Previous experience in working the Sales Manager desk.

Required:

  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Must be legally and technically able to safely operate Company and customer-owned vehicles.
  • Must be insurable by Company insurance carrier.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
Additional Information

Compensation: 

  • $50,000 to $150,000 +
  • Draw plus commission
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and company goals

Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Monday through Saturday availability
  • Sundays off
