Job Description
6+ years of experience in building and supporting web applications. 4+ years of experience in Ruby/Rails including: ERB, HAML and ActiveRecord. 3+ years of experience in developing externally facing web applications using HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, SASS, jQuery. In depth knowledge of Ruby, its idioms, mechanisms, and how best to leverage them to build applications. Strong knowledge of database technology including relational and NoSQL technologies e.g. MongoDB. Experience in designing and implementing service-oriented REST APIs. Strong track record of adopting test practices using TDD, RSpec, Capybara and continuous integration. Ability to work independently as well as in a multi-team agile environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. An inquisitive mind and continuous learner to maintain a sustainable delivery culture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must Have: Ruby/Rails, JavaScritpt (ECMAScript 6, Restful APIs/Microservices, No SQL/Mongodb
