As a Capsule Filling Machine Operator, your daily responsibilities include setting up, calibrating, and operating capsule filling equipment, monitoring the production process, and performing quality checks to ensure capsules meet product specifications. You’ll also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining machinery, documenting production data, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues. Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, and sometimes specific safety certifications are important. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and effective teamwork make candidates stand out in this position. These skills ensure consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with rigorous industry standards.
A Capsule Filling Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting capsule-filling machines used in pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing. They ensure accurate filling of capsules with powders, granules, or liquids, adhering to quality and safety standards. The operator monitors production, inspects capsules for defects, and performs necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency. They also clean and set up machines for production runs while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company guidelines.
We’re currently looking for qualified candidates with previous experience in the Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical industry for the following positions. Bilingual English and Spanish is a must.
