Role Overview
Nurse Injectors (RN or NP) at CAPS provide high-quality aesthetic services, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical treatments. Depending on licensure and training, Nurse Practitioners may also support advanced treatments and post-procedure follow-ups.
Specific responsibilities, schedules, and scope will vary based on practice needs and provider experience.
Core Responsibilities (May Include)
  • Performing injectable aesthetic treatments in accordance with CAPS' clinical standards
  • Conducting consultations, health histories, and detailed treatment documentation
  • Reviewing and executing personalized treatment plans with accuracy and safety
  • Collaborating with clinical leadership on operational and growth initiatives
  • Participating in internal and vendor-led training to support skill advancement
  • Managing patient care plans, follow-ups, and rebooking for optimal outcomes
  • Maintaining OSHA, infection control, and safety standards
  • Contributing to departmental meetings and continuous improvement efforts
  • Providing compassionate, professional, and ethical patient care
Qualifications & Experience
  • Active RN or NP license in the state of Ohio (required)
  • Significant hands-on injection experience in a medical or aesthetics setting
  • Advanced proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills
  • Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and high-quality outcomes
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
