Logic LC is hiring three Technical Project Coordinator II professionals to provide advanced coordination and administrative support for security, access control, and low-voltage infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all moving partsfrom budgets to field supportrun smoothly, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Track project budgets, monitor costs, and provide regular reports and updates to Project Managers.

  • Coordinate field service resources, equipment, and materials to support project execution.

  • Provide direct support to field technicians during installations and testing of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.

  • Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues with cross-functional input from sales, operations, and customer stakeholders.

  • Prepare project status updates, progress reports, and communication summaries for clients and internal teams.

  • Ensure timely execution of project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

  • Assist with customer system training and project handoff when needed.

  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to ongoing process improvement and standardization.

Qualifications
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    • Associates degree or higher in Project Management or a related field preferred.

  • Certifications
    • Required:
      • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

      • OSHA 10 Certification

    • Preferred:
      • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)

      • OSHA 30 Certification (to be completed within 24 months)

  • Experience & Skills
    • 35 years of experience in project coordination, technical project support, or field service operations.

    • Strong grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
