Description
Red Pulley Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Health IT Project Manager I to support the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU) Enterprise Health IT Staffing and Professional Services Support program. This role oversees IT-related projects to ensure adherence to standard processes and project management best practices, performing technical and administrative functions across all phases of the project management lifecycle.
This position follows a remote delivery model supporting IHSC/HITU, consistent with current program operations
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Remote)
Clearance: Public Trust - Preliminary and Complete Fitness Determination Required

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Health IT or federal IT programs
Proficiency in project planning, task tracking, deliverable management, meeting facilitation, and status reporting
Experience with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies
Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining project records and reporting accuracy
Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and align project objectives with organizational goals
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or CAPM certification
Agile/Scrum certification
Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, and collaboration tools
Experience supporting congressional inquiries or other high-level federal communications
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project management activities for IT and health service projects, ensuring compliance with federal and agency standards
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support program initiatives
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Support responses to congressional inquiries and other high-level communications
Provide input for process improvement and policy development
Maintain project records and ensure accurate reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals
