The Project Administrator is responsible for the interpretation and tracking of project goals under general direction. The Project Administrator must gather pertinent information from various sources to resolve issues and support project milestones.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for three concurrent large-scale efforts.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
  • Schedule, organize, and facilitate all required meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and accountability.
  • Design and implement tracking mechanisms (e.g., dashboards, spreadsheets, or project management tools) to monitor project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Develop executive-level products, including information papers (IPs), presentation slides, briefings, and other materials for senior leadership consumption.
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project management processes.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and project artifacts.
  • Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMI Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) or other industry certification in project management
