Director, Project Management

The Director of Project Management provides leadership and oversight for the project management function within the digital marketing organization. This role is focused on operational excellence: developing scalable processes, overseeing complex cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. The Director acts as both a leader of people and a builder of systems, establishing best practices and driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the project management team, including Sr. PMs, PMs, and Coordinators.
  • Oversee execution of complex, high-visibility projects and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and refine project management methodologies, tools, and workflows.
  • Ensure consistent standards of quality, efficiency, and risk management across all projects.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast resource needs and allocate appropriately.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration to drive operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop project management staff, creating clear career pathways and professional growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, particularly around project delivery and process optimization.
