Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall management direction, setting project objectives, and maintaining strong relationships with prime client contacts. This role requires a professional with extensive expertise in construction management and a strategic approach to project delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with on-site construction managers and ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of each project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Direct and oversee all aspects of multiple commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain primary contact with clients, ensuring all project objectives, expectations, and policies are clearly communicated and met.
  • Project Planning & Strategy: Establish and implement project goals, objectives, and policies, ensuring that all activities align with the overall company strategy.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals. Address any issues related to cost overruns or discrepancies promptly.
