Position: Cyber Security Project Manager/Cybersecurity Lead
Location: Camp Lejeune, NC (On-site, with some travel across MCIEAST installations) Clearance: Secret clearance eligibility Experience: Minimum 8 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required Position Summary:
The Cyber Security Project Manager will lead the Regional FRCS Cyber Monitoring Services program across MCIEAST installations. The candidate will manage total program efforts, provide oversight and technical expertise, support integration during design phases, and prepare reports to meet CSSP reporting requirements. Preferred Certifications:
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Security+
• CISSP
• ITILv4 Foundations
• RMF Training (USMC specific)
• Microsoft Certifications Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, implement, manage, and maintain the MCIEAST Regional FRCS Cyber Monitoring Services.
• Manage the total work effort, providing technical and management support for Regional Monitoring Services.
• Provide technical expertise to support FRCS integration into installation-level projects during design and BOD development.
• Prepare materials, reports, and attend meetings to support CSSP reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, RMF, and accreditation processes.
• Support A&A processes including MCCAST v2, RMF, DFIA, CNSSI 1253.
• Oversee POA&M creation and management, DISA STIG application, and NIST 800-53/DoDI 8510.01 compliance.
• Ensure risk management, vulnerability analysis, and system sustainment activities are performed.
• Minimum 1-year experience with Dragos platform monitoring systems. Additional Requirements:
• Must be able to work on-site at Camp Lejeune with occasional travel.
