AAC is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their client's team in Glen Rock, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to excel and be an integral part of the execution and implementation of key systems and processes across all functional areas, that will align the strategic commitments and goals of our client. The successful candidate will be a confident people-person who can seamlessly adapt to the organizational culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop project plans and schedules, identify resource and monitor project timelines
  • Coordinate project meetings for both internal and external project team members
  • Document and distribute notes and action items for all attended meetings
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure optimal project results
  • Monitor and support all deadlines, budgets and project activities
  • Communicate weekly project status both verbal and/or written
  • Maintain tracking tools for managing project activities, tasks and deliverables
  • Perform quality assurance task as required
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project deliverables and meet organizational goals
  • Evaluate and assess project performance (Lessons Learn, Document Repository, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement for the organization.

Qualifications Required:

  • Knowledge and Experience of Fuel, Food and/or Retail
  • Experience with POS systems
  • PMP/CAPM certification or relevant project experience
  • Exposure or knowledge of basic IT principles, systems, and/or concepts
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Theoretical and Practical Project Management knowledge (strategic planning, risk, schedule, resource and change management)
