Job Title: Resource Manager, Journeyman Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an experienced Resource Manager, Journeyman to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific. The Resource Manager, Journeyman serves as CACI's resource management professional responsible for coordinating workforce planning, personnel assignments, staffing actions, and resource utilization to support logistics , mission support, facilities, and operational requirements. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position ensures qualified personnel are effectively aligned with mission priorities while supporting efficient program execution and operational readiness. The Resource Manager, Journeyman works closely with Government stakeholders, program leadership, functional managers, recruiters, human resources personnel, subcontractors, and mission partners to coordinate staffing requirements, monitor workforce availability, support personnel movements, and maintain workforce accountability. This position contributes to successful program execution by ensuring workforce resources are effectively planned, tracked, and managed across geographically dispersed operations. Responsibilities: * Coordinate workforce planning activities supporting program staffing requirements. * Track personnel assignments, availability, and resource utilization across the program. * Support staffing actions, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel transitions. * Coordinate with recruiting and human resources teams to fill program vacancies. * Maintain workforce staffing reports, personnel databases, and resource management records. * Monitor staffing levels and identify resource gaps affecting program execution. * Support deployment planning and personnel movement activities for OCONUS assignments. * Coordinate subcontractor staffing and workforce integration activities. * Prepare workforce reports, staffing metrics, and resource utilization briefings. * Support labor forecasting and workforce planning activities aligned with program objectives . * Ensure personnel records and staffing documentation remain accurate and current. * Coordinate with functional managers to balance workloads and optimize resource allocation. * Support contingency staffing and surge personnel requirements during emergent operations. * Promote standardized workforce management processes and continuous process improvement. * Foster collaboration across program teams to ensure efficient resource management and mission success. Qualifications: Required: * Minimum 8 years of experience supporting workforce management, resource management, staffing coordination, human resources, or program operations for Government or Department of Defense programs. * Experience supporting Department of Defense, Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations. * Experience coordinating workforce planning, personnel assignments, staffing actions, and resource utilization across complex Government programs. * Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and program leadership on workforce status, staffing requirements, and resource planning. Desired * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Human Resources, Organizational Management, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field. * Experience supporting geographically dispersed Government programs involving workforce planning, personnel deployment, and subcontractor resource coordination. * Experience utilizing Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Deltek Costpoint, Workday, SAP, or other workforce and resource management systems. * Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent workforce management certifications are preferred. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
