Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Pensacola, FL
Type: Contract
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote

Responsibilities
• Support the execution of business projects by coordinating daily tasks, schedules, and deliverables
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking action items
• Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
• Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or issues to project managers
• Support the use of project management tools and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and preparation of project updates for leadership
• Ensure adherence to project standards and support compliance with governance requirements
• May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
