TheMixing Production Manager will:

Manages and directs the operations of the assigned Mixing Department. Ensures efficient delivery and quality of products and services to clients. Responsible for setting and meeting goals and budget Plan of Cost, Quality, Waste, Safety, and Output. Involved in Planning of Capital Expenditures and Process Improvements. Assures adherence to plant procedures and policies.

Support business team (BT) activities

  • Quality Improvements and Defective Product
  • Run department day to day operations maintaining efficient low cost, high quality output.
  • Communicate and review performance of direct reports
  • Process Improvements
  • Qualify/Uniformity
  • Cost Reduction

  • Lead House Functions

Responsible for Budget Planning and Accomplishment

  1. Attend weekly BT 4 meetings
  2. Maintain employee involvement
  3. Analyze BOB Process Machine vs. Actual
  4. Analyze gaps in BOB Process and Propose Capital Investment to close gaps
  5. Capital Expenditures

The starting annual salary for this role is $139,120 a year.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations
  • 18 months experience of leading people (including matrix/indirect reporting) or project leader experience. Min. 5 years experience in leading people, teams and mid size volume projects
  • Experience in international / matrix organizations. Fluent English. International assignment experience for at least 2 years.
  • Internal qualified candidates will meet internal guidelines for this executive level role
  • Continental is able to offer visa supportfor internal candidates.
  • Relocation may be possible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in related field
