Process Manager, Associate - Hybrid Job Description: As an Associate in Process Management on the Change Management Team within Empowering Dealer Success (EDS), you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each time. You will play a key role in delivering processes that impact the company’s bottom line. In this position you will contribute immediately while strengthening your process management best practices. We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment. This person will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and can adapt to change quickly. The ability to influence up is key to success in this position. This is an excellent opportunity to continue your career in the field of Process Management.

General Responsibilities
  • Draft, test and revise work instructions, gain relevant approvals and ensure regular reviews take place.
  • Collect, analyze and measure process data on the effectiveness of business processes, to initiate sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business practices and procedures; proactively identify and implement improvements to processes.
  • Understand best practices and drive well managed processes.
  • Collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives; participate on cross-functional project teams and provide input for process improvement initiatives.
  • Attend all Ops Readiness forums and guide to drive the conversation.
  • Review Ops Readiness communications for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Drive weekly meetings to give Ops agents a platform to share P&P enhancements and ideas.
  • Assist in developing draft language for needed P&P updates, curate Operations training materials, job aids, email templates, etc.

Location: Plano 6 - this role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Process Management, Project Management, or Relationship Management
  • At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, or Relationship Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in presenting to senior management
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the auto finance industry

Plano, TX: $66,700 - $76,100 for Process Manager. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
