Join a collaborative and supportive team helping individuals navigate their benefits during the 2026 Enrollment Season. Every call you take will make a meaningful difference.
Position: Call Center Agent / Enrollment Generalist
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (must reside locally)
Start Dates: September 21 or October 7

What You'll Be Doing:

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous call center experience and knowledge of benefit plans is a plus, but not required
  • Must be available for 2-3 weeks of onsite training in Salt Lake City
