Job Description
Capital Health Medical Center - Hopewell in Pennington, NJ, is seeking an experienced, board-certified or board-eligible neonatologist to join a well-established, collaborative 7-physician practice at a busy Level 3 NICU regional perinatal center, offering a dynamic mix of clinical care, teaching opportunities, and an exceptional quality of life near Princeton, NYC, and Philadelphia.
Job Description:
Provide specialized neonatal care at a 30-bed Level 3 NICU with an average daily census (ADC) of 17 patients
Manage care for over 400 NICU admissions annually
Participate in a combination schedule including 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts
Provide advanced neonatal services including High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV), nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling
Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists in a well-established practice
Engage in teaching and mentoring observational students, Family Practice residents, and an upcoming OB/GYN residency program launching in summer 2025
Work within a regional perinatal center environment with approximately 4,000 deliveries annually
Support a multidisciplinary approach to neonatal care and collaborate closely with obstetric and pediatric teams

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
