  • Manage commercial aspects of contracts including change orders, claims, payment milestones, warranties, and performance guarantees.

  • Translate technical, operational, and construction requirements into effective sourcing and supplier strategies that balance performance, risk, and cost

  • Lead sourcing activities, including RFQ and RFP processes, for capital equipment, automation systems, facility construction projects, infrastructureinvestmentsandutilities

  • Develop long-term supplier strategies and commercial frameworks that drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable value

  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage strategic supplier relationships tooptimizequality, service, delivery, and cost performance

  • Establish supplier scorecards and contractor performance management processes across capital programs.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, category management, portfolio management, or related disciplines with significant exposure toCapital Projects, Assets & Construction

  • Solid understanding and experience of procurement strategies for construction contracts, riskmanagementand controls >$100m

  • Experience sourcing engineered-to-order manufacturing equipment and managing associated commercial, technical, installation, commissioning,start-upand warranty requirements. >$1m - $20m

  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical, operational, and project requirements into sourcing strategies, supported by strong commercial acumen, business case development, supplier management, and complex contract negotiations

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is:
