What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is currently seeking human capital and project management professionals:

  • Developing communications and change management materials on training programs

  • Supporting and modifying SOPs on managing cohorts and conducting outreach to training participants

  • Having knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training programs and participants

  • Support workforce integration activities and data analysis, to enable client for making workforce related decisions

  • Apply project management and organizational skills, including collection and dissemination of meeting notes, developing and tracking action items, developing standardized programmatic activities, and communicating clearly with partners and clients on progress and status


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD securityclearance

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • ONE (1) year experience in project management and presentation development.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or related field

  • Currently possess one or more of the following certifications:

    • Program Management Professional (PMP)

    • Change Management certifications

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
