Job description

Job Title: Phlebotomist III - Floater

Location: 600 N Pickaway St, Circleville OH 43113

Schedule: 6:30am - 5:00pm (Days vary)

Starting Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hourly (Based on experience)

Temp-to-hire

As a Patient Services Representative III (PSR III), you will be responsible for collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing while maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment. You will interact directly with patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during each visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform skilled venipuncture, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
  • Travel to multiple locations to provide coverage in PSCs, doctor's offices, and IOP sites.
  • Verify patient information, label specimens accurately, and maintain documentation.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
  • Mentor new team members and uphold company policies and leadership behaviors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
  • 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including capillary collections.
  • Phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • 2+ years in a Patient Service Center preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
