Job Description
About the Role
This role sits within the Intelligent Automation (IA) practice of Capgemini Business Services and is a pivotal leadership position focused on driving growth, innovation, and delivery across the Financial Services (FS) domain. The role requires deep expertise in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance, and a strong commercial mindset with accountability for new business, account expansion, bookings, and revenue.
The successful candidate will lead the design and deployment of Intelligent Automation solutions leveraging RPA, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges. They will ensure successful delivery of measurable outcomes and efficiencies while strengthening long-term client relationships.
This role also involves shaping go-to-market strategies, positioning Capgemini as a trusted IA partner, and collaborating across global teams including Business Transformation consultants, Client Partners, Account Executives, and technology COEs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
  • Own IA solution responses for RFIs and RFPs
  • Achieve booking and revenue targets across consulting and project engagements
  • Drive large transformational deals and standalone IA deployments
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and thought leadership to enhance brand presence

Solutioning & Innovation
  • Design IA solutions using RPA, AI/ML, Gen AI, and Agentic AI
  • Address business challenges across banking, capital markets, and insurance
  • Cover front, middle, and back-office operations, including underwriting, claims, customer operations, and corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT)
  • Develop compelling value propositions and client-facing materials including case studies and solution collateral

Practice Leadership & Delivery
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Improve project and contribution margins
  • Oversee delivery quality, governance, and issue resolution
  • Manage escalations and ensure client success
  • Act as an IA SME across engagements
  • Contribute to billable work as needed
Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years in Financial Services
  • Strong stakeholder management (VP to CxO level)
  • Experience in global, complex environments
  • Proven IA portfolio management experience
  • Deep expertise in IA technologies (RPA, ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI)
  • Experience with platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft stack, Blue Prism, Pega, Celonis, WorkFusion, and Kore.ai
  • Experience structuring deals across T&M, fixed price, managed services, and outcome-based models
  • Strong consulting, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality proposals under tight timelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to travel as required

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $93,500 - $262,740
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
