Job description

Seeking BE/BC fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled surgeon to build a thriving spine practice within an integrated healthcare system committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

As a member of our multidisciplinary orthopedic team, you will provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical spine care while collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, rehabilitation specialists, and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of spinal conditions and disorders.
  • Perform advanced spinal surgical procedures utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest technologies.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care across specialties.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with referring providers and community partners.
