The Solution Architect is responsible for designing end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and integration across enterprise platforms. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, guiding engineering teams and influencing architecture decisions across multiple systems.

Solution Design & Architecture
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure
Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and technical specifications
Define integration patterns across enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps
Technical Leadership
Provide architectural guidance and direction to engineering teams
Lead technical design reviews and ensure adherence to design principles
Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies early
Drive best practices in design, coding, and deployment
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with product, business, and engineering leaders to define solution strategies
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Support pre-sales or strategic initiatives through solution modeling and presentations
Delivery & Execution
Support solution implementation across the full SDLC
Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security, compliance)
Oversee integration and deployment strategies across environments

Establish and enforce architecture standards, patterns, and frameworks

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or solution design preferred
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Deep knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
Experience with security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks

- Designs solution architecture in large or complex programs, including system and application designs, software and technical architecture, in accordance with strategies and objectives.
- Provides expertise for the solution architecture team and other IT staff on a variety of issues in software designs, system architecture and solution-oriented technologies.
- Communicates with clients and analyses business requirements and processes; makes recommendations, and leads in shaping future plans in solution architecture.
