Job Description:

Resposible for improving, Developing & maintaining the key metrics
Resposible for developing, proving & monitoring the QMS (Quality Management
System)

Develop and ensure compliance with established quality controls.
Coordinate the classification/rework of products due to supplier/customer issues.
Participate, update and lead the development of corrective actions. Problem
solving
Manage and control non-conforming product (tracking and closure).
Manage, develop and improve key performance indicators (KPIs - Layered process
Audit, OBPA pass Rate, Scrap, CAPAs close Rate)
Audit and release new products.

Management, development and improvement of incoming inspections, CTQs, CP,
SPC, and audit documentation.
Coordination of rework (materials in the plant/warehouse, in transit with the
customer) according to internal procedures/methods.
Management and development of corrective actions using tools such as 8D,
CAPA, and A3.
Management and control of RTVs (Returns to vendor).
Management, development and improvement of customer complaints, LPA
audits, FPY, and scrap management.
Auditing of new products based on specific customer requirements.
Participation in and follow-up of Tier 2&3 meetings.
Participation in and follow-up of Kaizen projects.

Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies: 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, A3, CAPAS
Basic knowledge of GD&T
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of Core Tools (SPC, APQP, PPAP, PFMEAS, Control Plan, MSA)
Lean Tools and LPAs
Six Sigma
