Job Title: CedarGate Reporting Analyst
Location: Baltimore MD (Hybrid, Approximately 23 onsite visits per month)
Duration: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to support healthcare reporting initiatives by analyzing healthcare claims data, developing employer reporting solutions, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong reporting analytics experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations. Candidates with Cedar Gate Reporting Analytics experience will receive top priority.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field.
    • In lieu of a Bachelor''s degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of Cedar Gate Reporting Analytics experience.
  • Experience with healthcare employer reporting and analytics.
  • Strong experience working with healthcare claims data.
  • Proven background in reporting analysis, data interpretation, and dashboard/report development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience presenting analytical findings to business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ability to develop ROI analyses and business performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reporting and employer analytics.
  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification is a plus.
