The Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Sr. SCA) is responsible for analyzing and supporting all Supply Chain processes within PIH Health. This position will use various quantitative and qualitative methods, collect and organize relevant data for reporting and distribution. The Sr. SCA also reviews Supply Chain metrics in order to develop strategies. The Sr. SCA leads business and clinical teams to support product standardization, best value, and best practices.

Required Skills
  • Knowledge of data modelling and data visualization
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital procurement and inventory control applications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advanced Microsoft excel, Microsoft Access, SQL
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) software
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, information management, and time management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Required Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare, analytics or Supply Chain environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable system process improvement certification

Preferred:

  • MBA or MHA
  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
  • Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
