What is a Cap 1 Associate?

Cap 1 Associates are entry-level employees who typically work in the front end of Walmart stores, focusing on stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are available for customers. Their primary responsibilities include unloading trucks, sorting inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and good customer service skills, as associates often assist shoppers with locating products.
