Company: Florida's Fast Growing Window Company selling and installing Top Quality Windows, Doors and Roofing.

Position: Regional Director of Canvassing (South Florida Territory)-hire, train, and grow a large high performing door to door canvassing team. This is a full time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!

Compensation

  • Earn $150K to $250K

Qualifications:

  • Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
  • Experience building, training, and motivating door to door sales or canvassing teams
  • Comfortable working in the field and leading by example

Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door to door canvassers
  • Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
  • Develop neighborhood mapping, and route plans in several regional areas
