What You'll Do
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. This is leadership in action.
You will be responsible for the 4 Keys to Success:
1. Recruit & Build Your Team Hire and develop a team of 10-15 canvassers Constantly bring in new talent to fuel growth
2. Train for Performance Own initial onboarding and ongoing development Sharpen skills, scripts, and confidence daily
3. Drive Results Maximize team output-knocks, sets, and issued appointments Hold the standard and elevate performance across the board
4. Create a Winning Culture Build a competitive, high-energy, positive environment Recognize wins, coach through losses, and keep the team pushing forward
And most importantly: Lead by example in the field - your team follows your energy
Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday: Afternoon & Evening shifts Friday: Make-up / optional day Saturday: Field day (key production day)

  • Minimum 2 years of canvassing experience
  • Proven ability (or strong desire) to lead and develop people
  • High energy, competitive mindset, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to recruit, train, and retain a team
