Responsibilities include collaborating with design and production teams, managing materials and equipment, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and stakeholders. The role also involves coaching team members, supporting continuous improvement in processes, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.

  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, including familiarity with OSHA guidelines and safe use of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting professionally with customers and partners.
  • Proven ability to solve problems on the job site, prioritize tasks, and make decisions under time and resource constraints.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and mobile devices for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, construction, or a related trade; experience in canvas, metalwork, or specialty fabrication is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or vocational education in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Savannah, GA, including standing, lifting, and working in outdoor environments
