NWI Baths is a rapidly growing bathroom remodeling company focused on delivering high-quality, affordable bath solutions to homeowners throughout the area. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Canvassing Crew Leader to help build and lead a successful outreach team.
Position Summary
As a Canvassing Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing, training, and motivating a team of canvassers who generate leads and schedule appointments with homeowners. You will help drive team performance while representing the NWI Baths brand in local communities.
This role is ideal for someone with sales, leadership, marketing, or team management experience who enjoys coaching others and achieving goals.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily canvassing activities.
  • Train and coach new canvassers.
  • Assign neighborhoods and manage daily routes.
  • Motivate the team to achieve appointment-setting goals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
