Job description

As a Processor on the Post-Production team your primary role is to harvest, trim, and package cannabis / cannabis products while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. This is a full-time position.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES  (other duties may be assigned as needed)
 
  • All duties associated with Harvesting cannabis flower
  • This may include chopping, broadleaf, mulching, cleaning
  • All duties associated with Trimming cannabis flower
  • This may include de-racking, de-stemming, manicuring, weighing, cleaning, compliant waste management
  • All duties associated with Canning Line Operations
  • This may include setup and operation of canning/packaging equipment, filling, sealing, labeling, quality checks, and end-of-run cleaning
  • All duties associated with Bulk Flower & Popcorn Packaging
  • This may include weighing, sorting, filling containers, applying labels, verifying batch/lot information, waste tracking
  • Maintain sanitation standards. This may include:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all packaging and canning line equipment between runs and at end of shift; wiping down work surfaces, tools, and surrounding areas
  • Disposing of waste, trim, and packaging materials in compliance with MED and state regulations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift to support product integrity and inspection readiness
  • Immediately reporting any sanitation concerns, spills, or contamination risks to a supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Other duties may be applicable depending on skill set and direction from leadership, such as coco warehouse work, pre-roll production, minor garden work, and various maintenance duties.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift objects up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand and/or bend over for extended periods of time
  • This position requires working closely with cannabis and cannabis products. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent exposure to related scents and maintain professionalism in environments where these are present.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current MED Badge holder
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience with Harvesting, Trimming, and/or Packaging Cannabis

Monday–Friday 7:30am to 4:00 PM
