Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: $24.25/hr (Potential for Night Shift Differential)
  • Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (12.5-hour shifts)
  • Shifts: Day (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) | Night (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Career Growth: The Step Up Program We are looking for "Growth Minded" individuals. Through our Step Up Program, you have the opportunity and expectation to prepare yourself to reach Operator 2 status within 90-120 days. This milestone recognizes your ability to run high-speed lines independently and includes a formal title change and a pay increase.
Key Responsibilities
  • Line Operation: Set up and operate high-speed packaging machinery to meet daily production timelines.
  • Quality Control: Inspect final product, boxes, and seals to ensure they meet our superior quality standards.
  • Inventory Flow: Utilize ERP systems for material movements and tracking through the packaging area.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform minor equipment changeovers and basic maintenance to ensure line efficiency.

GMP & Appearance Standards As an essential worker in a food manufacturing facility, the following standards are mandatory:
  • Uniforms: We provide full uniforms for all staff.
  • Footwear: Specific safety footwear is required.
  • Prohibited Items: To prevent contamination, no jewelry, fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish are permitted on the line-no exceptions.
  • Physical: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift products/totes weighing up to 50 lbs.
