About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in financial planning, performance management, and M&A financial strategy within a fastโ€‘paced environment. This role demands a professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of 15 years' experience in a financial planning capacity, and a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and decision analytics. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and longโ€‘range planning, and will be expected to have deep expertise in financial modeling, M&A diligence, and postโ€‘deal integration. The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company will have a strong background in financial statements and a deep understanding of how changes in financial accounts impact each statement. They should be adept at working in a rapidly changing environment, with the ability to adapt and wear multiple hats as needed. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to present and build rapport with stakeholders, as well as a selfโ€‘starter with a high attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential, and the candidate should be a strong communicator, both orally and in writing.
