Trimmr staffs local talent with licensed operators for the fall harvest (typically September through October/November). Harvest weeks offer 40+ hours; you can also claim fewer shifts to align with your schedule. Apply, get screened, and get working.Once you are hired, you choose from available shifts that fit your schedule. You earn W-2 wages, build a work record and reputation that validates your capabilities with different operators, and you get real industry experience.Types of Work You'll DoTasks vary depending on client needs, but common shifts include:Cultivation: Planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting.Post-Harvest: Hand trimming, bucking, and packaging.Compliance & Care: Following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and maintaining quality standards.Indoor and outdoor tasks will be involved.
