This is a temporary, seasonal position with potential to become FT. ***PREDOMINATE HOT, OUTDOOR FIELD WORK***SEASONAL**** RIDESHARE VAN AVAILABLE FROM PUEBLO TO COLORADO CITY FOR SEASON MED BADGE REIMBURSEMENT IF REQUIRED OPPORTUNITY FOR WEEKLY BONUS AND END OF SEASON BONUS FOR EVERY 40 hours worked $100 bonus if season completed Summary Assisting in setup, maintenance, cultivation, harvest, process, and packaging of cannabis plants.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:A successful candidate must be able to perform all duties satisfactorilyMaintain high horticultural standards and practices, and follow all Company SOP'sComplete preparatory work, maintenance and movement of plantsAssist in setup, nutrient mixing, and maintenance of plants and roomsConduct intensive cleaning of equipment and general work areasAssist in receiving, inventory management, and stocking materialsAccurate record keeping and data entry for all package, plant and company dataComplete proper documentation and tracking of all activities necessary to be in accordance with all Company, State, and local requirementsFollow all MED rules and regulations; accurate data entry into METRC system as neededAbility to follow directions, perform duties with a positive attitude, take feedback and learn new tasksMust be able to pass criminal background check via MED badge application
