ABOUT US:

WHAT YOU'LL dO:

As a Processing Technician, you'll play a vital role in turning freshly harvested cannabis into high-quality, packaged products our customers can trust. From trimming and drying to packing and labeling, you'll bring precision, care, and consistency to every step. This role is designed for candidates who are adaptable, reliable, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The technician will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while maintaining the highest levels of product quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Post-Harvest Processing:

  • Assist with harvesting, drying, bucking, trimming, curing, and final packaging preparation.
  • Ensure accurate strain and batch tracking throughout all stages of post-harvest.
  • Perform visual quality inspections and report deviations immediately.

Packaging & Labeling:

  • Weigh, fill, seal, and label products in compliance with SOPs and state regulations.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Operate and clean packaging equipment as required.

Compliance & Sanitation:

  • Follow all company SOPs and maintain compliance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout the facility.
  • Document daily tasks, product weights, and activities for quality assurance and regulatory reporting.

Team Collaboration:

  • Participate in cross-training and rotate between departments based on business needs.
  • Support a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Communicate proactively with supervisors and coworkers to improve processes.
WHAT YOU'LL bRING:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of experience in cannabis, agriculture, or manufacturing preferred but not required.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
  • Willingness to be flexible and take on varying responsibilities as needed.

Regulatory Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must pass all background checks required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC).
  • Must obtain and maintain an active Cannabis Agent Registration Card issued by the CCC.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Physical Requirements:

Working Conditions:

Schedule:

  • Full-Time hours for this role are 7:00am - 4:00pm, and we have various weekly schedules based on availability and business need:
    • A schedule: Sunday through Thursday
    • B schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
    • C schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Part-Time work is flexible within the hours of 7:00am to 4:00pm daily
