Ce role est manuel, minutieux et essentiel pour maintenir la qualite des produits, la tracabilite et la conformite reglementaire tout au long du cycle de vie post-recolte.

Description du poste

  • Les activites post-recolte incluent, sans s'y limiter, le soutien a la recolte, l'accrochage des plants, le sechage, le decrochage des plants, l'ebourgeonnage, le vieillissement, la taille et toute activite liee au nettoyage.
  • Respecter les politiques, procedures et reglements de l'entreprise requis pour la sante et la securite, les besoins de production et le maintien d'une norme de qualite de produit.
  • Signalez tout probleme ou preoccupation possible de qualite a votre chef d'equipe
  • Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organise conformement aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication ainsi qu'aux directives de sante et securite.
  • Exploitez et entretenez l'equipement et les outils, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les secateurs, les crics manuels et electriques, les balances, les ordinateurs, etc.
  • Accepter les conseils de traitement des chefs d'equipe et des superviseurs
  • L'exploitation, la verification et le nettoyage d'equipements de precision, qui peuvent inclure, sans s'y limiter,

Job Summary :
Reports to the Supervisor. Processing personnel support postharvest cannabis processing activities under direct supervision. This role is responsible for executing assigned tasks related to Post Harvest processing. You must ensure compliance with Health Canada Cannabis Regulations, Good Production Practices (GPP), Good Agriculture and Collection Practices (GACP), and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role is handson, detailoriented, and critical to maintaining product quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance throughout the postharvest lifecycle
Job Description :

  • Post Harvest Activities include but are not limited to harvesting support, racking, drying, de-racking, bucking, curing, trimming, and any cleaning related activities.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and regulations which are required for health and safety, production needs, and to maintain a high-quality product standard.
  • Report any possible quality issues or concerns to your Team Lead
  • Maintain a clean and organized working area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain equipment and tools including but not limited to pruners, manual and electric pump jacks, scales, computers etc.
  • Accept processing guidance from Team Leads and Supervisors
  • Operation, verification and cleaning of precision equipment which may include but is not limited to :Handheld Moisture Read,Keirton trimming machines, MunchMachines &Cannabissorters.
  • Identify and remove nonconform product
  • Training and education will be provided for specific tasks and duties.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Cannabis experience is preferred but NOT RERQUIRED. Training will be provided
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing, food, agriculture, or pharmaceutical environments is an asset

Physical and Environmental requirements:

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand movements (trimming, sorting, packaging prep)
  • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs as required
  • Ability to work in environments with plant material, cannabis dust, and controlled temperature/humidity conditions. This can include Greenhouse work.
  • Use of PPE including gloves, hair nets, beard covers, lab coats, and masks as required

Greenhouse Work:

While it is not your primary job Task, you will be trained to work in Greenhouse processes in the event of any planned or unplanned Post Harvest Downtime.
