Job Summary:

As a Budtender / sales executive, you will serve as the face of our dispensary, providing an exceptional customer experience by guiding patients through our product offerings and helping them make informed decisions. You will utilize your product knowledge and understanding of state regulations to provide safe, compliant, and compassionate service.

Making sure all the processes are being followed and sticking to our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

    • Greet customers warmly and engage them to understand their needs.
    • Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, concentrates, edibles, topicals, and accessories.
    • Make product recommendations based on individual customer needs, preferences, and tolerance levels.
    • Assist customers in navigating the state’s medical cannabis requirements, answering questions about compliance and product use.

  2. Product Knowledge & Compliance:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

  3. Sales & Inventory Management:
