Job description

Want to make a meaningful difference in peoples' lives while earning a competitive salary?ย Atย Jushi Holdings Inc.ย ") (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S.ย The Infused Product Technician is responsible for the production of infused products, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards. This role involves working with various equipment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contributing to the development of new infused products.ย 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Ability to follow written instructions for manufacturing processes to create a variety of infused productsย 
  • Accurately weigh, measure, and combine ingredients according to recipes and batch recordsย 
  • Responsible for performing the daily activities of the formulation and filling department, which includes cleaning, weighing, blending, mixing, filling, and packagingย 
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring the safe and proper operation of machinery, instrumentation, and equipmentย 
  • Ensure that the final product meets all requirements for compliance, stability, safety, and meets the desired interest of the target audienceย 
  • Follow and adhere to Dietary Supplement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)ย 
  • Maintain accurate recordkeeping and complete required production and tracking logsย 
  • Clean and maintain laboratory, glassware and all equipment utilized in the processing of cannabis and cannabis-infused productsย 
  • Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment and laboratory instrumentsย 
  • Assist with preventative maintenance, calibration, and operation of kitchen equipmentย 
  • Be adaptable and open to implementing new methods and techniques for operational and product improvement, technical development, and new product developmentย 
  • Knowledge of lab equipment and responsible for preventative maintenance and keeping all equipment operationalย 
  • Perform other duties as assignedย 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Must be 21 years of age at time of hireย 
  • Minimum high school diploma requiredย 
  • Valid State driver's license or State ID cardย 
  • Knowledge and experience related to producing medical marijuana products preferredย 
  • Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiencesย 
  • Knowledge and ability to use standard lab equipment, mixing and filling equipment, vacuum ovens, hot plates, etc.ย 
  • Be able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.ย 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel with a strong attention to detailย 
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industryย 
  • A consistently positive, friendly attitude; a team player with professionalismย 
  • Superior communication: verbal, written, active listeningย 
  • Ability to work on own with minimal direction and solve problemsย 
  • Accountability, honesty, integrityย 
  • Openness to change and ideas, able to change directions quicklyย 
  • Adherence to policies and proceduresย 
  • Candidate must live within a reasonable distance to commute
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Occasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawlย 
  • The ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is crucial. Sitting or standing for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.ย 
  • Some heavy lifting may be required. Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required.ย ย
