Cannabis Associates are retail professionals who work in dispensaries or cannabis stores, assisting customers with product selection, providing information about strains and usage, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. They are often responsible for checking IDs, maintaining inventory, and educating customers on safe and legal consumption. Cannabis Associates play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, answering customer questions, and facilitating sales transactions. Their knowledge of product types, effects, and legal considerations is essential to their role.

What does a cannabis associate do?

They handle transactions at the point of sale, maintain inventory, and help keep the dispensary clean and organized. Additionally, Cannabis Associates often collaborate closely with other team members to provide a positive customer experience and stay updated on new products and industry trends. This role requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, especially when verifying identification and processing sales.
