Job description

Manufacturing Administrative Assistant

The Manufacturing Administrative Assistant is responsible for a wide range of data compilation and reporting in the Bakery Candy Kitchen departments. Specific duties include heavy phone coverage and message-taking, data entry and reconciliation of physical production counts with scanned counts. Data entry and validation of attendance and HR records in the system database. Assist in closing payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring employees have the building and network access as necessary, and other duties included. Providing backup to all other administrative staff as necessary and maintenance of system tables.

Must have Spanish Bilingual skills.

High School diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent work-related experience is preferred.

3+ years of experience in a busy office environment.
