Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (Based on experience)

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Artisanal Production: Assist in the daily melting, tempering, and molding of high-quality premium chocolate formulations.
  • Machine Operation: Help operate specialized commercial kitchen and automated packaging machinery (flow-wrapping and scaling equipment).
  • Keep it Spotless: Maintain clean, sanitized workstations in compliance with state food safety and facility guidelines.
  • Team First: Float and support sister departments (shipping/beverage packaging) when chocolate production targets are met.

What You Bring (Requirements):

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (State regulatory requirement for our facility).
  • Industry Comfort: Must be comfortable working in a regulated facility that manufactures cannabis-infused products.
  • Experience (Preferred but not required): 1+ years of experience in professional baking, pastry arts, commercial kitchens, or candy-making is highly valued.
