We specialize in personalized fitting services for post-mastectomy prosthetics and compression garments for Cancer Patients. Our team is committed to delivering compassionate care and professional expertise to support our client's wellness journey.

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mastectomy and Compression Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitting post-mastectomy prosthetics and compression garments, with a strong commitment to patient care and comfort. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure proper fitting, providing education on product use, and maintaining detailed records.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform professional fittings for post-mastectomy prosthetics and compression garments.
- Provide education and support to clients regarding the use and care of their products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products based on individual needs and preferences.
- Ensure a comfortable and supportive environment for all clients.
- Stay current with industry standards and advancements in fitting techniques and products.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Manage inventory of mastectomy and compression products.
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed.
- General office duties as required, including:
- Answering phones, making appointments, and taking phone orders if needed.
- Taking insurance information scanning cards with a scanner.
- Mailing products, recording mailouts, and tracking.
- Opening stock, calling patients, putting away, and ordering as needed.
- Following up on prescriptions – scanning, putting in charts, and calling doctors’ offices as needed.
- Check messages in the morning and follow through on calls.
- Invoicing products as needed using Inventory Software.
- Packaging and wrapping of products.
- Participating in yearly training and webinars as available.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
- Certification as a Mastectomy Fitter (CMF) and/or Compression Fitter (CCF) preferred.
- Can read a measuring tape and wiling to be trained and certified
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance billing and documentation is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
